About the Role
As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll play a key role in preventive care, patient education, and building
lasting relationships with patients. You’ll work with an experienced team that supports your
professional growth and ensures a smooth, efficient clinical flow each day.
What You’ll Do
⁃ Perform cleanings, periodontal therapy, fluoride, and sealant applications
⁃ Take digital X-rays and maintain detailed clinical notes
⁃ Educate patients on oral health and hygiene best practices
⁃ Support clinical flow and collaborate with the dental team
⁃ Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards
What You’ll Bring
⁃ Active Oregon Dental Hygiene license
⁃ Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
⁃ BLS/CPR certification
⁃ Experience with digital charting and radiography preferred
⁃ Positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to patient care
Compensation
$48.97–$61.20 per hour, depending on experience, with a full benefits package and annual CE
allowance.
