Our patient-centered dental practice in West Pearland is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. We are a modern, high-quality practice that prioritizes integrity, excellence, and patient care.
The RDH will provide comprehensive hygiene care, patient education, and preventive services in alignment with the practice’s commitment to delivering exceptional dentistry. This role requires clinical expertise, professionalism, and strong communication skills to support patients in achieving and maintaining long-term oral health.
Responsibilities
Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal maintenance, and other hygiene services in accordance with state regulations.
Obtain, review, and update medical histories and radiographs as needed.
Educate patients on oral health, home care, and the relationship between oral and systemic health.
Maintain accurate, detailed clinical notes and documentation.
Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Adhere to infection control protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
Current Texas RDH license in good standing.
Excellent clinical and technical skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
