Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Outreach: Cold calling, emailing, and running online campaigns to generate new leads
- Relationship Building: Visiting dental offices and leveraging personal/professional networks to create trust and open doors
- Demoing DentalBee: Conducting product demos (online and in-person) tailored to solo practices and small groups
- Pipeline Management: Tracking prospects, opportunities, and follow-ups in a CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Negotiation & Closing: Managing proposals, contracts, and bringing deals across the finish line
- Customer Success Handoff: Ensuring smooth transitions from sales to onboarding/support teams
- Feedback Loop: Gathering insights from prospects and customers to share with product/marketing teams
- Territory Development: Mapping and expanding presence within assigned regions or specialties
- Partnership Development: Building relationships with influencers, study clubs, and associations to generate leads
- Event Representation: Representing DentalBee at conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Reporting: Preparing regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics
