What You’ll Do:
-Provide thorough and gentle dental cleanings with a focus on patient comfort and long-term oral health
-Educate patients on individualized oral hygiene techniques and preventative strategies
-Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments and take digital x-rays
-Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records using Dentrix
-Collaborate closely with the dentist to support individualized treatment planning
-Uphold the highest standards in sterilization and infection control
Who You Are:
-A licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in Illinois
-Experienced in or comfortable working in a fee-for-service, relationship-driven practice
-Committed to continuing education and clinical excellence
-Skilled at building trust and rapport with patients
-Team-oriented, reliable, and professional
-Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus
