The Doctor role at Todays Dental Network plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care while contributing to the clinical and operational excellence of the practice. This position involves diagnosing and treating dental conditions, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The Doctor also supports strategic initiatives by providing clinical insights that inform practice growth, efficiency improvements, and patient satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deliver comprehensive patient care by diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of dental conditions with a focus on quality and - patient satisfaction.

Evaluate clinical trends and patient demographics to identify opportunities for expanding services, improving care delivery, and optimizing practice performance.

Utilize practice management systems to monitor clinical workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements that enhance operational effectiveness.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including administrative, clinical, and operational leaders—to support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Provide clinical insights and recommendations to guide decisions on service offerings, technology adoption, and patient care strategies.

Communicate complex clinical information clearly and effectively to both patients and non-clinical stakeholders.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in general dentistry or a dental specialty.

Active Dental Board License

Positive attitude with a great personality; excellent chair side manner and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new clinical environments, technologies, and protocols.

Proficiency in dental practice management software and digital diagnostic tools.

Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills with the ability to translate complex clinical findings into clear, actionable care plans.
