We are hiring a full-time General Dentist to join one of the nation’s top DSOs in San Antonio, TX 78209. About the Role
This is a full-time solo General Dentist role with no hygienist onsite, meaning you will also provide hygiene services. Patients are ages 11 and older. You will have autonomy in delivering comprehensive dentistry while supported by on-site specialists for advanced cases.
What You’ll Do
- Perform a full spectrum of general dentistry including fillings, crowns, partials, full dentures, and hygiene procedures
- Provide anterior teeth endo if comfortable (optional but preferred)
- Refer specialized procedures to on-site specialists
- Deliver quality, patient-centered care across a diverse community
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold clinical standards
What You’ll Bring
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program
- Active Texas dental license or willingness to obtain one
- Minimum of 1 year of general practice experience required
- Confidence working solo without a hygienist
- Production-minded, team-oriented approach
Compensation and Benefits

- Monday to Friday: 9:00a to 6:00p
