We are seeking a dedicated General Dentist to join our community health practice in Redway, CA 95560. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a four-day workweek, mentorship support if needed, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in an underserved community.

About the Role
This position is ideal for a compassionate and confident dentist who enjoys working in a collaborative setting while providing essential care to patients of all backgrounds. You will manage 2+ chairs with the help of experienced dental assistants and focus on delivering comprehensive dentistry.
What You’ll Do
- Perform bread-and-butter dentistry for patients of all ages
- Provide preventive care, restorative dentistry, and basic extractions
- Deliver quality care to Medicaid patients and underserved populations
- Work closely with support staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Contribute to a mission-driven, patient-centered culture
What You’ll Bring
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active California dental license (or eligibility)
- Open to all experience levels; mentorship support available

Compensation and Benefits

Schedule
- Four-day workweek, 10-hour shifts
