We are hiring a full-time General Dentist to join a thriving, patient-focused practice in Santa Maria, CA 93454. This is a W-2 employed role with a strong daily minimum, production incentives, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative setting alongside experienced general dentists and rotating specialists.

About the Role
This full-time opportunity is ideal for a compassionate and confident dentist seeking stability and growth. You will manage an established patient base, focus on general dentistry, and have the ability to refer advanced procedures to in-house specialists.
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Perform fillings, crowns, and SRPs
- Optional extractions and root canals with specialist support available
- Manage approximately 20 patients per day
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for a diverse population including Dentical patients
What You’ll Bring
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program
- Active California dental license (or eligibility)
- At least 1 year of experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Confidence in diagnostic skills and comprehensive treatment planning
- Compassionate, patient-first mindset and ability to start as soon as possible
Compensation and Benefits
- $900 daily guarantee with earnings up to $2100 per day
- 21.9% production bonus above $2400/day
- W-2 employed position with full benefits package
- Paid malpractice, CE reimbursement, and PTO
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 9:00a to 6:00p
- 2 to 3 Saturdays per month, 8:30a to 4:30p optional, with one weekday off to maintain a 5-day workweek
