Proxi Dental Staffing is seeking a General Dentist for a long-term locum opportunity in Denham Springs, LA. What You’ll Love
- $120–145 per hour based on experience
- Long-term assignment: October 13, 2025 – January 30, 2026
- Monday–Thursday schedule: 7:45 am–5:00 pm; Friday: 7:45 am–1:00 pm
- Six experienced support staff members on-site

About the Role
You’ll provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages, with an emphasis on preventive and restorative care. This position allows you to step into a steady, well-supported schedule where you can focus on patient outcomes while working alongside a skilled team.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver preventive care, exams, and treatment planning
- Provide restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, extractions, and root canal therapy
- Offer Invisalign treatment (certification required)
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Work with the clinical team to ensure efficient operations
What You’ll Bring
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active Louisiana dental license in good standing
- Active DEA with all schedules and CSR if required by the state
- Invisalign certification required
- Strong clinical skills and a patient-first mindset
