Proxi Dental Staffing is seeking a General Dentist to provide coverage in Fort Smith, AR. This assignment offers weekday hours, supportive staff, and travel and lodging if needed. What You’ll Love
- $125 per hour with travel and lodging provided
- Coverage dates: November 3–6, 11–13, 18–20, 26 and December 1–4, 8–11, 16–18, 22, 24, 31
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:30 am–5:30 pm with 1-hour lunch
- Support team includes 1 Hygienist, 3 Dental Assistants, 1 Managing Clinical Director, Office Manager, and Front Office Admin

About the Role
This position allows you to focus on bread-and-butter dentistry while supported by a dedicated clinical team. You’ll provide preventive and restorative care in a practice that values patient service and smooth clinic operations.
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive care, exams, and treatment planning
- Provide restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, extractions, and root canal therapy
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily workflow
What You’ll Bring
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active Arkansas dental license in good standing
- Active DEA with all schedules and CSR if required by the state
- Adaptability and a patient-centered mindset
