Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric patients by diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of conditions with a focus on quality and comfort.
• Develop and communicate individualized treatment plans that prioritize both clinical effectiveness and patient understanding.
• Monitor patient demographics and clinical trends to identify opportunities for expanded services and improved care delivery.
• Leverage practice management systems to evaluate workflows, address inefficiencies, and support operational improvements.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and operational leaders to advance organizational goals and initiatives.
• Offer clinical input on technology adoption, service offerings, and care strategies to support innovation and growth.
• Effectively communicate complex clinical information to patients, families, and non-clinical stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active Dental Board License.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in general dentistry or pediatric dentistry.
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills with the ability to translate findings into actionable care plans.
• Proficiency in dental practice management software and digital diagnostic tools.
• Excellent chairside manner, communication skills, and ability to build trust with pediatric patients and families.
• Positive, professional attitude with adaptability to new technologies, environments, and protocols.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to balance clinical priorities in a fast-paced practice setting.
