Onsite Corrections - Adult facility
This professional would be responsible for providing preventive and primary dental care in an adult corrections facility.
$200 hourly on 1099 Locum Tenens contract
Shifts are Mon - Fri, 7a - 3:30p
26 week long contracts that will very likely extend
Full time, 40 hours weekly or Part time, 30 hours weekly
Requirements:
Active Wisconsin License (Cannot interview without temporary or active WI license)
Current CPR/BLS
Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration.
