Position Overview
The dental hygienist is a vital part of our practice and plays an essential role in providing high-quality preventive care while ensuring patients have a positive and comfortable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive care, including dental cleanings, X-rays, fluoride applications, and periodontal therapy
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized home care recommendations
Collaborate with the dentist to develop and implement individual treatment plans
Maintain accurate clinical records, assessments, and treatment notes
Follow strict infection control protocols and ensure a clean, organized operatory
Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients and team members
Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
Active state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist in [insert state]
1–3 years of clinical experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
