Full-Time Opportunity with Established Multi-Doctor Practice
About the Position
A busy, well-established dental office in the Kansas City area is seeking a skilled General Dentist to join its experienced team. With three current doctors and 7–8 hygienists working daily, the practice is adding a fourth provider to meet ongoing patient demand.
– Schedule: Full-time, 4 days/week (Monday–Thursday)
– Clinical Scope:
– General dentistry with a strong need for endodontics and extractions
– Comfortable with a high-volume setting and broad range of procedures
– Patient-first focus in a collaborative, supportive environment

Compensation & Benefits
– $10,000 sign-on or relocation bonus
– $900/day guarantee for the first 5 months (during credentialing)
– 33% of net collections after ramp-up
– $3,000 annual CE allowance
