Our pediatric dental office in Friendswood has an immediate opening for a Registered Dental Hygienist. This position will begin as a temporary role covering a maternity leave and will transition to a part-time position once the team member returns.
Schedule:
Temporary maternity leave coverage: Monday–Thursday, 7:45 AM–5:00 PM (February - May)
Part-time schedule after Employee returns from maternity leave:
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 7:45 AM-5:00 PM
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of dental experience
Team player with the ability to multitask
Excellent patient communication skills
Bilingual and knowledge of Eaglesoft preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide a welcoming, interactive, and outstanding patient experience
Educate patients and promote oral health by building rapport and answering questions
Assist dentists with comprehensive treatment planning
Perform daily hygiene procedures, including prophy, debridement, scaling, X-rays, and intraoral images
Sterilize dental instruments and maintain infection control standards
