The ideal candidate
-Will have a DMD/DDS degree
-Active IL dental license
-Will have 1 year minimum experience.

We are looking for a provider for 3 days a week, for 8 hours a day. Days worked and start times are flexible for the right candidate. No weekends. Our office does not see adult Medicaid patients. Complicated extractions are referred out. Pay rate is 30% of collections.
