About the Role
You’ll perform oral and maxillofacial surgeries including extractions, implants, anesthesia, and complex surgical procedures. Our culture emphasizes patient-centered care, clinical independence, and collaboration across specialties.
What You’ll Do
- Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures and implant placements
- Administer anesthesia safely and effectively
- Collaborate with dentists, orthodontists, and endodontists on treatment planning
- Build trust with patients through clear communication and compassionate care
What You’ll Bring
- DDS or DMD degree with oral surgery specialization
- Active Texas dental license (or eligibility)
- Strong surgical expertise and commitment to patient care
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multi-specialty environment
Compensation
- $500,000–$999,000 per year based on production
- $25,000 sign-on bonus and full benefits package
