Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Part Time Permanent Dental Hygienist to join our growing team. This role offers competitive hourly pay plus a monthly performance based bonus tied to both revenue targets and overall office performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about dental hygiene, confident working independently, and committed to delivering outstanding patient care. This is a long term opportunity for a hygienist seeking stability, consistent hours, and growth within a modern practice.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care -Perform thorough dental cleanings and scaling to remove plaque and tartar -Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and periodontal evaluations -Take and develop digital X rays as needed -Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care -Apply fluoride treatments and sealants

Clinical Responsibilities -Prepare and sterilize instruments following infection control protocols -Maintain accurate and detailed patient records -Work autonomously while managing patient appointments efficiently

Office Support -Support smooth patient flow and daily operations -Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment -Assist with inventory and supply management -Stay current with best practices, technologies, and advancements in dental hygiene -Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow with the practice

Qualifications

-Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Georgia -Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred -Ability to work independently with strong clinical confidence -Excellent knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and infection control -Strong communication and patient education skills -Positive attitude and growth mindset

Work Schedule

-Tuesday and Wednesday 9 to 5 -Thursday 11 to 5 -Friday 11 to 3 -Occasional Saturday 8 to 2
