Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: 35% of collections
- Daily Guarantee: $500/day
- Estimated Earnings: $250,000–$350,000 annually, depending on experience and production
- Benefits: 401(k) and paid time off
The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing team in Stroudsburg, PA. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling and a 4-day workweek, offering the chance to perform a full scope of general dentistry in a modern, well-equipped office. You’ll be supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team dedicated to your success.
Procedures include:
- Comprehensive exams and restorative dentistry
- Crowns and bridges
- Endodontics
- Extractions
- Prosthodontics
- Preventive and cosmetic dentistry
Schedule:
- Full-time (4 days per week)
- Weekdays only – no weekends
