Position Summary
We're looking for compassionate, skilled dentists who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care. You'll work in a supportive environment that values clinical expertise, professional development, and collaborative practice.
Core Responsibilities
Comprehensive Patient Care:
Conduct thorough oral health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Provide preventive services and educate patients on optimal oral hygiene practices
Perform restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions
Complete endodontic treatments such as root canals
Manage orthodontic issues including malocclusion and spacing concerns
Deliver cosmetic and preventive applications (whitening, sealants)
Clinical Excellence:
Order, review, and interpret diagnostic imaging (x-rays, 3D scans, impressions)
Prescribe appropriate pharmaceuticals for pain management, infection control, and other dental conditions
Safely administer local anesthesia and conscious sedation as needed
Expertly utilize dental instruments and technology for diagnosis and treatment
Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and treatment documentation
Work collaboratively with dental hygienists, assistants, specialists, and support staff
Ensure full compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state/federal healthcare regulations
Qualifications
Required Credentials:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution
Valid Texas dental license or ability to obtain licensure
Active professional liability insurance
Strong technical proficiency with dental software and digital health records
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge of current dental procedures, materials, and techniques
Leadership capabilities and team management skills
Preferred:
