Registered Dental Hygienist – Nashville Clinic + External Sites

We’re hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who brings both clinical excellence and compassion. This full-time role is based in our Nashville clinic with opportunities to serve at external sites like nursing homes and community outreach locations.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide preventive & periodontal care (SRP, prophy, fluoride, SDF)
• Perform x-rays, perio charting, and oral hygiene education
• Support teledentistry services under written protocols
• Work compassionately with older adults and medically complex patients
• Mentor hygiene volunteers and share patient stories that inspire
What We’re Looking For:
• Active RDH license (with CPR, local anesthetic, and nitrous oxide certifications)
• 5+ years of experience preferred
• Passion for community service, teamwork, and working with diverse populations
