Compensation
- Structure: 30–32% of collections with additional monthly production bonuses
- Earnings Potential: Strong producers can expect to earn between $250,000 to $350,000+ annually, with upside tied to bonus and eventual ownership.
- Daily Guarantee: $1000-$1500 a day
