About the position

Responsibilities
Comfort and build rapport with patients
Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations, ensuring optimal oral health for patients
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental check-ups
Perform periodontal assessments and charting, documenting findings accurately in patient records
Assist in the education of individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences
Maintain infection control protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulations
Collaborate with the dentist and other team members to provide comprehensive patient care
Stay current with advancements in dental hygiene practices
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and documentation review
Qualifications
Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Strong oral and written communication skills
Commitment to compliance (OSHA, CDC, HIPAA)
Experience with dental software (Open Dental preferred)
Desire for continuous learning and professional growth
Commitment to a five-star patient experience
Position Details
This is a non-exempt position with an hourly range of $41-$48 per hour commensurate with skills and experience. We offer weekly bonus incentives, commissions, and opportunities to serve the community as a staff. We have multiple opportunities within the organization. We have one opening (3-4 days) in the Blue Ash office and one opening in the Lebanon office (3-4 days) and one opening (2 days/ week) in the Batavia office . Required hours for this role are 7:30am-5:15pm; however, the schedule can be either 2 or 4 days depending on candidate preference, Monday - Thursday at Blue Ash or Tuesday - Friday at Lebanon or Thursday and Friday at Batavia. New graduates as well as seasoned hygienists are encouraged to apply.
