We are looking for a self-motivated and accomplished General Dentist at our Calhoun Location to lead and fuel our Practice growth. Our practices are ultra-high-tech, designed to provide a premium dental product to all our patients. What Winning Looks Like How we will measure your performance: • It isn’t perfect but the production dentistry [in dollars] really aligns with how well you are delivering care to the population. We will be measuring your performance daily, weekly, monthly, etc. and we expect you to be comfortable with this and have a continual desire to improve your outcomes. • We measure patient satisfaction scores specific to every provider, and we will be asking patients if they trust you and if they want to return after meeting you. Our success as an industry is directly tied to how well our patients feel that we’ve met their needs and we expect you to do everything in your power to make this work • Percentage of appointments that start late because we value the time of our customers!
