We are a privately owned dental practice looking to hire a full time RDH with a potential start date of Jan 5th. Our current RDH has been with us for 3 years and is relocating back to her home state over the winter break. We practice conservative dentistry and offer quality dental care that is tailored to the patient. Our office was built about 3 years ago. We have modern technologies with both wall mounted xrays units as well as portable xray units. The owner doctor is young and easy going. The dentistry we practice is bread and butter- We don't perform full mouth rehab or advanced cases. Specialty procedures are referred out. We provide 1 hour slots for prophys, perio maintenance and 1/2 side of SRP. New patients are seen for 1.5 hours with the exam and xrays for that new patient typically done with the doctor and his assistant. We use Dentsply Cavitrons and are in the process of equipping all of the rooms with piezos as well. We do not place Arestin or do perio treatment beyond SRP.
Experience is a plus but not necessary. Open Dental experience is a plus but not necessary. Pay is based on experience. We offer flexibility with time off so if you are a person who likes to travel, that wont be an issue. Figs scrubs are provided. 1 week paid vacation to start with eventual 2 weeks paid. Paid holidays. We do not offer Medical insurance or 401k but a stipend can be negotiated.
