Private practice seeking a dedicated, long-term dental hygienist to join our private practice for part-time employment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients by performing preventative and therapeutic services. This position requires a professional who is knowledgeable and skilled in co-diagnosing and treating all levels of oral health.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
- Take XRAYS as needed.
- Document patient treatment plans and update records accurately using Open Dental.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including HIPAA standards.
- Collaborate with the dental team to provide an exceptional patient experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
*iTero scanning abilities a plus!
