Position Details:
Full team of in-house, board-eligible or board-certified specialists
Predominantly PPO practice
Comprehensive general dentistry setting
100% of lab fees covered by the organization
Compensation Structure:
31%–34%+ of production (based on experience)
Guaranteed compensation for the first six months
Full-time Dentists can expect to earn between $180,000 and $400,000 annually
$15,000 sign-on bonus
Schedule:
4–5 days per week
Monday–Friday with one Saturday per month

Position Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited dental school
Active Arizona dental license or the ability to obtain one prior to start date
