Our practice is growing and we are looking for a part-time dental hygienist! We are looking for someone who desires to connect and build relationships with their patients while providing excellent dental hygiene treatment. More information on this great opportunity is as follows:
Job Description:
—Part-time position working Tuesday or Wednesday
—Hours: 7:30-5:00
—Pay will be based on knowledge and experience
Job Expectations:
Provide excellent dental hygiene service to our patients by performing:
- Detailed and thorough SC/RP
- Perform periodontal maintenance on patients exhibiting periodontal disease
- Perform periodontal maintenance on patients with recent periodontal surgery
- Connect with patients and develop good working relationship
- Provide comprehensive oral hygiene instructions
- Be a team player for the office, willing to assist other staff members
- Be motivated to learn new aspects of dentistry, i.e. periodontics, and new techniques
- Manage any additional tasks as assigned
- Manage and maintain recall of hygiene patients
