Your Role & Responsibilities:
Perform thorough periodontal assessments and deliver high-quality hygiene care based on individual patient risk and needs
Advocate for patients by educating them on oral-systemic health connections and long-term wellness
Build trust by uncovering each patient’s personal motivators and helping them understand their role in their health
Capture diagnostic radiographs and utilize intraoral photography to support patient understanding and shared decision-making
Actively contribute to team goals while supporting a positive, professional, and respectful workplace culture
What We’re Looking For:
Active RDH license and current CPR certification
Strong communication skills with a patient-first mindset
A commitment to clinical excellence and ongoing professional development
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
