About the Role
As a Dental Hygienist, you’ll play a vital role in our clinical team—providing preventive and periodontal care while building meaningful, trusting relationships with patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities
-Perform gentle, thorough cleanings and preventive hygiene services
-Educate patients on oral hygiene, gum health, and personalized home care
-Accurately record and maintain patient charting and clinical notes
-Collaborate with the doctor in diagnosis and treatment planning
-Uphold strict infection control and sterilization protocols
-Support the team in delivering an exceptional, patient-first experience
What We’re Looking For
-Current Texas Dental Hygiene License
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficiency with EMR systems (Open Dental experience a plus)
-Calm, friendly, and professional presence
-Team player with a servant-hearted attitude
