Overview
Rockside Dental Pediatrics is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to lead a newly built, standalone pediatric dental practice in Northwest Tucson. This role offers the autonomy of ownership without the financial risk, overhead, or stress of starting a practice independently.
Rockside Dental has served the Tucson community since 2010 and is a well-established family dental practice with three dentists, a strong hygiene department, and an experienced, supportive team. The success of our family practice has been based on striving to be the best. We aim to be the best in our interactions with patients, in treatment plan integrity, in hiring the best team out there, and in protecting a team culture where everyone is appreciated, valued, and loves coming to work.
We have expanded to include a fully built-out pediatric dental office designed specifically for pediatric care.

Standalone pediatric dental office (not shared with general dentistry)

Separate entrance, reception, and administrative team

The Role
The Associate Pediatric Dentist will:

Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care

Have significant autonomy in clinical practice and scheduling

Help establish systems, workflow, and culture for the pediatric office

Build long-term relationships with patients and families
-
Work collaboratively with the Rockside Dental leadership team
Ideal Candidate
-
DDS/DMD with a certificate in Pediatric Dentistry
-
Board eligible or board certified
-
Eligible for Arizona dental licensure
-
Values ethical, patient-centered care

Interested in building a long-term presence in Tucson
