We are looking for a fun and dedicated dental hygienist to join our privately owned pediatric practice part time.
Responsibilities:
Seeking a hygienist 1-3 days a week with the possibility of more days.
Perform routine dental cleanings, and sealants.
Take digital dental radiographs.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide customized recommendations for their care.
Conduct oral health assessments, including medical history and vital sign recordings.
Collaborate with the doctor to develop and maintain individualized care plans.
Maintain a clean, comfortable, and friendly environment for our young patients and their parents.
Proficient in aspects of sterilization.
Qualifications:
Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of TX
Proficient with Open Dental dental software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with children, while answering all parent questions and concerns.
Experience in a pediatric office is a plus.
