We are a husband-and-wife-run general dental practice (yes, it really works—and no, we aren’t crazy 😄) seeking a long-term Associate Dentist to join our close-knit, lively team.
We currently have one full-time associate who has been with us for over 6 years, and many of our team members have been with us for 5–10 years. Our practice is built on trust, integrity, strong relationships, and a genuine love for dentistry and people.

30% of adjusted production

Potential 220k–$350k first year, based on prior associate performance

Daily guarantee up to $1,050 for the first 90 working days (experience dependent)

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for an associate who:

Appreciates practicing dentistry in a supportive environment with other dentists available for coverage and mentorship
- Preferably has 2 years experience but will consider all applicants
There will be a calibration and training period to ensure alignment and shared philosophy across the practice.
Schedule Options

Tuesday–Friday | 8:00 am–4:00 pm (Fridays until 2:00 pm)

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (off Wednesdays)
