The Role (What You’ll Do):

Holistic Hygiene Care: Provide gentle, thorough cleanings and periodontal therapy using biological principles.

Patient Advocacy & Education: Lead the conversation on the oral-systemic connection, explaining complex health concepts in simple, empowering terms.

Tech Mastery: Capture high-quality X-rays and 3D digital scans; manage electronic health records with precision using Dentrix.

Advanced Wellness: Utilize holistic modalities (like ozone water) to provide a level of care patients can't find elsewhere.

The Dream Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm. Yes, every weekend is a 3-day weekend!

Qualifications:

Valid Illinois RDH License and Local Anesthesia/Nitrous Oxide certification.

Knowledge of Dentrix (or similar dental software) and digital imaging/3D scanning.

A 'can-do' attitude and the ability to pivot in a patient-centered environment.

A genuine interest in holistic/biological health (experience is a plus, but we will train the right heart!).
