Full Time Dental Hygienist Schedule : Monday through Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch

Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience Screening patients and providing quality care during check-ups Educating patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene care Reviewing patient's history and charting Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing Documents area of existing restorations Use of X-ray Support the dentist with procedures as needed

Qualifications:

Active South Carolina Dental Hygienist license required Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach Knowledgeable about perio health and comfortable with patient education Current BLS/CPR certifications Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training Minimum 1 or more years of Dental Hygienist clinical experience Experience with dental practice software Team Player - strong collaborator that is open, positive and flexible
