We offer a comprehensive scope of services including general dentistry, dental surgery, restorative care, functional orthodontics, myofunctional therapy, periodontal care, dental sleep, orofacial pain management, emergency dentistry, and cosmetic services.
As our practice continues to grow, we are hiring Registered Dental Hygienists and are also seeking candidates interested in a Hygiene Team Lead role.
The Role
This position is ideal for:
- A strong RDH who wants to focus on excellent patient care
- An experienced hygienist ready to step into leadership
- Or someone who sees themselves growing into a lead role over time
All hygienists practice clinically. Team Lead responsibilities are layered in based on experience, interest, and readiness.
Compensation & Benefits
Registered Dental Hygienist
$38–$42 per hour, depending on experience, motivation, and drive
Hygiene Team Lead (Hybrid Clinical + Leadership)
$50–$55 per hour, depending on scope and experience

Hygiene Team Lead Scope (if applicable)
Team Lead responsibilities may include:
- Mentoring and onboarding hygiene team members
- Supporting clinical standards and consistency
- Assisting with scheduling flow and patient experience
- Acting as a liaison between hygiene and doctors
- Input on supplies, systems, and workflow improvements
- Authority and expectations will align with compensation.
