About the Role
You will join a growing orthodontic practice where systems, staffing, and scheduling are already in place. The focus is on delivering excellent orthodontic care while being supported by an experienced DSO infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
⁃ Provide comprehensive orthodontic diagnosis and treatment
⁃ Create and manage individualized treatment plans
⁃ Apply and manage orthodontic appliances and aligner therapy
⁃ Track treatment outcomes and patient progress
⁃ Educate patients and families throughout care
⁃ Maintain HIPAA-compliant records
⁃ Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams
What You’ll Bring
⁃ DDS or DMD degree
⁃ Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency
⁃ Strong patient communication and clinical leadership skills
⁃ Commitment to professional excellence and teamwork
Compensation
Salary range of $400,000 to $999,999 per year, dependent on experience and performance.
