About the Role
You will lead orthodontic care in a well-established Amarillo practice supported by experienced clinical and management teams. The organization removes administrative burden so you can focus on treatment quality, patient experience, and clinical outcomes.
What You’ll Do
⁃ Diagnose and treat orthodontic and dentofacial irregularities
⁃ Develop and manage comprehensive treatment plans
⁃ Deliver care using braces, aligners, retainers, and advanced orthodontic appliances
⁃ Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans as needed
⁃ Educate patients and families on treatment and oral health
⁃ Maintain compliant, accurate clinical documentation
⁃ Collaborate with a skilled, specialty-centered dental team
What You’ll Bring
⁃ DDS or DMD from an accredited program
⁃ Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency
⁃ Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
⁃ Commitment to quality care and professional standards
Compensation
Annual compensation range of $400,000 to $999,999, based on experience, production, and schedule.
