Job Description:
International SOS is seeking a qualified and experienced Endodontist to join our team. The successful candidate must possess a certificate of training in endodontics from an ADA-accredited residency training program and must be either board-eligible or board-certified in endodontics. The Endodontist will be responsible for providing comprehensive endodontic services, as well as performing general dental services, consistent with their specialty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a full range of endodontic services, including root canal therapy, retreatment, and surgical endodontics, utilizing current techniques and technologies.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients presenting with endodontic concerns.
- Work collaboratively with other dental specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and imaging studies.
- Stay abreast of advancements in endodontic research, techniques, and materials through continuing education and professional development.
- Adhere to established clinical protocols, guidelines, and regulations to uphold patient safety and quality of care.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to dental assistants and support staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of training in endodontics from an ADA-accredited residency training program.
- Board eligibility or certification in endodontics.
- Minimum of one year of experience as an endodontist within the last two years prior to contract execution.
- Proficiency in performing a wide range of endodontic procedures with precision and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
- Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
- Valid license to practice dentistry in the relevant jurisdiction.
