We are looking for someone who is:

(1) Competent in Molar Endo

(2) Minimum 2 years clinical experience after residency

(3) Able to manage multiple patients out of multiple rooms

Compensation

30% collections less 30% lab fees, paid bi-weekly
Current dentist collects $360,000 annually on 26 hour work week doing bread and butter dentistry.
Daily Guarantee: $750/day base salary for first 30 days

The Office is entirely digital for annual wellness scans, removable, and fixed work; In Office milling unit arriving 2025 for same day crowns; Rotary Endo, state of the art equipment, electric handpieces, Multiple TVs in every operatory

Schedule

Thursday: 9am-6pm, Friday: 8am-1pm
Every other Saturday: 8am-1pm (Saturdays will discontinue permanently in June 2025)
PT leading to FT
Flexible schedule- will discuss case by case for schedule
