Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive pay: 30% of personal adjusted production
Guaranteed monthly draw: $12,000–$15,000
Quarterly reconciliation: If your 30% production exceeds your draw, you receive the difference
Health Insurance Subsidy (until eligible for office group plan)

About the Practice:
Rolling Hills Dental Clinic is a well-established family dental practice, now led by Dr. Maria Becker, who purchased the practice from her father, Dr. Nick Drzycimski, in 2022. With high patient demand and a growing community presence, we’re seeking a dedicated associate to join our team.

Focus on preventative and restorative care
Opportunities to expand into advanced services, if desired

Dr. Becker offers guidance and CE support, including Gordon Christensen and Roth courses

Technology & Schedule:

Fully digital practice using Open Dental
All patients are scanned—ideal for case monitoring and restorative work
Spacious facility designed for two doctors
Office hours: Monday–Thursday, 8am–5pm (No Fridays!)
Open to new grads, part-time schedules, and flexible hours
