Schedule:

M,W,Thr-9AM-6PM (lunch break)
F-8AM-2PM (no lunch break)

Compensation & Benefits:

$750/per day or Monthly Net Production 30% Less 30% Lab (whichever is greater)
$3,000/year CE Stipend
401K 3% Match
Annual Team CE/culture events
Unpaid Holiday Time off (I.e. Memorial Day, Christmas Day)
Unpaid time off 15 Work days

Income expectation is based off of skill-set of the individual. Our office see 80+/patients and our company will market to support your new patient flow
