Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Valid Arizona dental license (or in the process of obtaining)
Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred
Must be proficient and confident in implant placement
Excellent communication and clinical skills
Ability to maintain state-required malpractice insurance
