About Our Practice:

This location is is OON PPO/In with children's Medicaid/FFS (60/20/20 mix) rural private practice about 40 minutes outside of Amarillo, Texas--we serve a large area as there are not many dentists around. The practice is located in Hereford, Texas.
This is a single dentist practice with 2 hygienist, 3 RDAs, and 2 front office team members
We see about 40 new patients/month via word of mouth and social media marketing
Mostly adult patient base, though we do see some pediatric patients (about 30%)
CBCT for 3D imaging for implant treatment planning and endo cases

Intraoral cameras in every op
Diode laser

Schedule:

8:30-12:00 ; 1:00-5:00 Monday-Thursday; the office is closed on Friday.
flexibility to work 5 days/week depending on your financial goals or simply enjoy 3 day weekends every week

Compensation:

Initial 12 month period: paid greater of $1,000/day or 30% of adjusted production --this comes out to annual minimum gross income of $200,000 working 4 days/week
After 12 month period: paid 30% of adjusted production
Associate doctor lab fees are shared at 30% (Zirc crown fee is $50 and E. max fee is $65; all negotiated lab fees are very affordable)
$10k Sign on bonus available to help with relocation!
Medical and vision insurance offered--50% of employee monthly premium covered
Annual CE reimbursement up to $5,000--we believe in investing in our doctors' training and skills to benefit our patients
Annual malpractice insurance reimbursement up to $2,500
