We’re currently looking for a purpose-driven, growth-minded Pediatric Dentist to join our team. If you're passionate about prevention, excited to work in a collaborative environment, and motivated by more than just numbers, you may be the perfect fit.

Compensation & Benefits

$1,500/day base or 25% of total adjusted production (whichever is greater)
- Based on total office production, including hygiene — not just restorative
- Our model is comparable to 38% of adjusted production in a traditional structure
Estimated Salary Range: $300,000–$500,000+
- Higher income potential based on schedule and performance
- Clear pathway to Managing Doctor and Partner roles

The Opportunity

Procedures:
Preventive care (cleanings, sealants), bread-and-butter pediatric dentistry (fillings, crowns, extractions), space maintenance, ortho extractions, limited endo, frenectomies
- Encouragement and flexibility to focus on areas you enjoy
- No one-size-fits-all approach
Schedule:
- Typically Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Some Fridays depending on location
- Schedule flexibility available
Primary Locations: Harrison & Westside
- Occasional travel to other practices in the Greater Cincinnati area
