Compensation & Perks

$850/day guaranteed for the first year (adjusted to reflect days worked)
33% of production
CE support reimbursed at the owner’s discretion
401(k) with 3% Safe Harbor contribution + discretionary profit-sharing (fully vested)
Employer-paid Life, AD&D, Long-Term and Short-Term Disability insurance
Vacation policy: unlimited (owner’s discretion, up to two consecutive weeks at a time)
Relocation assistance for the right candidate

The Opportunity

Full-time: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM
Procedures: crowns, root canals, extractions; implants a plus but not required
Hands-on mentorship from an experienced, approachable dentist
Flexible, family-friendly scheduling to support work-life balance
Non-contracted, insurance-independent office allowing full clinical freedom
