What You’ll Do:

Patient Relationships: Develop long-term, trusting relationships with individuals and families and educate patients on treatment options to improve their oral health.
Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a skilled team of dental assistants and hygienists, fostering a collaborative, positive, and efficient environment
Practice Growth: Help drive continued success and growth by maintaining an excellent standard of care and patient service

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience required to be considered
