Compensation

Earning Potential: $220,000–$300,000+ annually
Compensation Structure: 37% of collections
Signing Bonus: $20,000

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a motivated associate dentist who wants strong income potential with flexibility and support.

Schedule: Monday–Friday with the option to have one weekday off
Position Type: Full-time (flexibility available)
Procedures: Root canals, extractions, and additional procedures welcomed based on comfort level
Practice Environment: Established patient base with hygienist support and collaborative clinical workflow
Mentorship: Available
New Grads: Open to the right candidate

Technology & Tools: Digital X-rays and 3D imaging
