Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Illinois dental license (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication skills and patient-first mindset

Clinical Responsibilities

Comprehensive exams and diagnosis
Preventive and restorative dentistry
Patient education and relationship-based treatment planning

Compensation & Financial Support

Base salary of approximately $125,000, paid as a guaranteed minimum
Compensation is aligned to a percentage of collections, with a true-up adjustment as production increases so total pay more accurately reflects clinical output over time
Opportunity for earnings growth as production and efficiency develop
Actively open to student loan repayment assistance as part of a customized compensation package for the right associate
