Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Illinois dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and patient-first mindset

Clinical Responsibilities

Compensation & Financial Support
- Base salary of approximately $125,000, paid as a guaranteed minimum
- Compensation is aligned to a percentage of collections, with a true-up adjustment as production increases so total pay more accurately reflects clinical output over time
- Opportunity for earnings growth as production and efficiency develop
- Actively open to student loan repayment assistance as part of a customized compensation package for the right associate
